I'm happy you're back.
These three countries (Ven, Arg, Col) are ones where you already know people to work with? We're forgetting about Chile, which is a big and one of the most stable and rich countries in Latam. Maybe there's much potential for Chile, even if it's not as in trouble as Venezuela or Argentina. 
I have doubts about the potential of Bisq to trade with hyperinflated currencies, as settlement times can be very high. Everyday that buyer doesn't makes the payment is gaining something because of hyperinflation.
