Thanks for removing Bitcoin Average. However, it's still crashing :)

1) Problem with missing root CA certificates

```

Perhaps we need to add `ca-certificates-java` to the list of packages in the installation script? What else is needed?

2) Problem with LUNO

Not sure, do we need to disable LUNO for now?

I'm surprised to see so many crash bugs in your PR after you started the bug bounty program. Do I get $1000 for each of them? :joy:
