[bisq-network/bisq] PriceNode: Add support for multiple ExchangeRateProviders (#4315)

I have the pricenode running on `grct5z3rwxbqnfoc2uxsjbgnbh57zremhdkeyk6yw3c73im7izsouxid` and it looks fine so far, but when I tried to test it with my Bisq node I got this error:

We select the new provider http://grct5z3rwxbqnfoc2uxsjbgnbh57zremhdkeyk6yw3c73im7izsouxid.onion:80/ and use that for a new request. retryDelay was 6 sec.

What command line arguments are you using to test the pricenode with Bisq node?
