## Cycle 19

- Been available on Keybase from 7:30pm - 9:30pm Monday to Sunday. But active all day answering messages.

- Assisted numerous users with fee reimbursements, failed trades and contacting getting in contact with the Refund Agent. This month there has been way more activity than usual.

- Been in constant communication with devs when issues occur.

- Main issue this cycle has also been users not being able to confirm the made the payment/ "payment received button". As well as soom users who didn't send/ receive the messages correctly through the mediation disputes.
