## Cycle 19 Report

Merged a relatively minor PR to only show active markets in the dropdown on the markets page, and also merged a post covering v1.5.0 highlights. 

Couldn't do the routine cycle 18 report and BSQ supply update because of issues with obtaining DAO data via my usual script, which, as I understand it, is the result of some pending refactoring.
