[bisq-network/support] Payout has 0 confirmations and Txid not found for trade qrnbiub (#583)

[Slimmmmmmmmm]

The payout has 0 confirmations and when clicking the txid it says transaction not found. Also the wallet that says the coin is in, nothing is in it on the explorer.
