[bisq-network/bisq] Missing BSQ in BSQ Wallet (#4868)

Actually it was not a problem with restore from seed as the missing addressed get re-created once the blocks get downloaded. 
The problem in that case was very likely that the user changed the wallet. The first receive address is not part of the currnetly used wallet.
