[bisq-network/support] Fee reimbursement for trade 04267419 (#587)

The Deposit tx is from another trade (due a known and now fixed bug). The maker fee tx leads to another tx which is not a deposit tx: https://mempool.space/de/address/bc1q7lmr2hvqt3dexxe6al0mk8fkmay5g4rt5e4yq7. Same with taker fee tx:
https://mempool.space/de/address/bc1qcu0jmgmn6gcx90ms3mhqcjerpqjz9pjgey2se9

So reimbursement is only valid for the taker fee not the deposit as no funds have been locked up. If it shows locked up funds in the app it is a bug and please open a issue so devs can help to resolve it. Moving the trade to failed trades might resolve it as well.
