[bisq-network/bisq] Wallet shows nnn balance for address xxx but the block explorer shows zero (#4919)

Seems that this issue (UTXOs already spent but wallet does not know they are spent) could quite probably be fixed already by https://github.com/bitcoinj/bitcoinj/issues/2070 and https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/pull/4903.
