[bisq-network/bisq] High CPU Consumed (#4370)

@crocket If you cpu is a more or less decent one there should not be a problem. I can run several bisq nodes without issues (OSX). I guess it some local config issue on linux. Also 1 GB ram is normal that bisq consumed, not much more. Max. 2 GB. Java takes what it gets from the OS so if u have 32GB it takes more, but that if there is not enough ram it can run even with 500 MB (as i saw when i started 10-20 apps) and it still worked just getting slower when switching between apps.

There have been a GH issue with recommended settings for Linux.  Should be added to the wiki page...
