[bisq-network/bisq] Wallet shows nnn balance for address xxx but the block explorer shows zero (#4919)

https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/pull/4962 will be merged into 1.5.2
It will probably prevent this bug from happening again.
An spv resync will be required once 1.5.2 is released to fix wallets that already show this problem.
