**Summary**:

Overall trend: Even though the number of issues have increased over 100% since the previous cycle we should also take into account that the volume of trades in Euros for example has also experience a significant increase. the main issue I see is that BTC sellers can still not confirm a payment after 10 days and then release without incurring in a penalty. This is less common because users usually end up coming back and confirming but it can worsen the user experience when it does happen.
