### Description

There are some input validaton bugs in the create offer UI. Sometimes the error messages are not removed even after editing the fields and sometime they get set immediately. I have not investigated enough to describe how to reproduce but I saw this quite often, specially with payment methods with multiple currencies and when switching the currency. I assume the default currency is not correctly applied. It might be also related of one opens it from show all filter in the offer book or with a currency selected as the create offer view behaves different in those cases.
