[bisq-network/bisq] Deposit transaction ID empty. Taker but not maker fee confirmed (#4994)

### Description

Deposit txID says N/A and Maker fee tx ID empty since yesterday despite my taker fee going though. (currently 135 confirmations)

#### Version

v1.5.1

### Steps to reproduce
I don't know how to reproduce. I have not opened another trade and I will like to resolve this one to retrieve my deposit

### Expected behaviour

I expected as always for the maker fee txID to be confirmed followed by issuing of the Deposit txID

### Actual behaviour

However my taker fee deposit has been locked up since yesterday but there is nothing happening for the maker fee

I would like to know how to fix this and retrieve my deposit.
