[bisq-network/bisq] Upgrade JavaFX to v15 (#4242)

It looks like you have to get rid of unnecessary whitespaces in the UID: 
```
xcrun altool --notarization-info '174515ae-53b9-4a93-a82f-cfeaedc43c82


' --username 'MY_USERNAME' --password '@keychain:AC_PASSWORD'
```
This fails with
```
2020-12-28 16:51:56.356 altool[27671:2420979] *** Error: Failed to get notarization info.
2020-12-28 16:51:56.356 altool[27671:2420979] *** Error: code 1519 (Apple Services operation failed. Could not find the RequestUUID.)
```
