[bisq-network/proposals] @pazza83 to assume L1 support agent role (#290)

**Proposal**
Application to become a support agent for cycle 21, following internship cycle 20

**Motivation**
I have been trading on Bisq since April 2020 and have completed numerous trades, Most of my trades have gone smoothly but I have had 25 trades go to mediation and 4 trades go to arbitration, so I have a decent understanding of the trade process.

In that time I have utilized a number of support agents to help me with any issues I have had and found it really helpful. I am really keen to see Bisq grow and would like to help other traders complete successful trades and utilize Bisq effectively.

I am also keen to continue learning about Bisq and think the support agent role will compliment the payment maintainer role I have taken on.

**Compensation**
My plan is to complete 10 hours a week as part of the internship role. In part because these are the suggested number of hours in the wiki. This is what I have been doing during my internship.

My compensation for this role will be as suggested in the the Wiki (it is offline at the moment but I think it is $500 per cycle).
