[bisq-network/bisq] Fold bank account subtypes into one for SEPA accounts (#3146)

I think we should fold SEPA Instant in the following fashion:
- "SEPA" filter only shows SEPA trades
- "SEPA Instant" shows both SEPA and SEPA Instant
