This coincides with new Chinese financial controls and market restrictions. There is some discussion on keybase about how to bypass restrictions.

I suppose it's only fair to consider this bounty paused until the problem is solved.

I consider this market more important than ever as a test of Bisq's censorship resistance. If people can trade BTC on Bisq despite the GFW... then Bisq really is antifragile.
