Sure, just like a Bitcoin node can run on a Raspberry Pi on your desk or a powerful server in a datacenter with 256GB of RAM, the Tor relay node can also run on a variety of hardware and network specs. These figures are primarily just for the budget, as we needed to figure out how much to allocate, and are also meant to financially incentivize and compensate the operator for their time to operate them.

Of course if you only want to claim $7 of the $50 budgeted because you have a cheap VPS, that's fine too 😅
