[bisq-network/bisq-website] Add Lazy Loading to images and iframes (#331)

Ah shoot, I screwed it up...force-pushed an empty set of changes (or something) and that automatically closed the PR.

Correction is [here](https://github.com/m52go/bisq-website/tree/patch-18). @RiccardoMasutti would you like to make a new PR from that branch? That's ready to merge.

FWIW there were over 50 merge conflicts that had to be corrected one by one.

I really need you to take care of this type of stuff in the future...I'm happy to explain it to you, but I can't spend time doing it myself. If I can't merge PRs with little/no work, I'm going to have to close them.
