[bisq-network/compensation] For Cycle 10 (#485)

Just for reference following two contributions have been requested for compensation already in [cycle 9](https://github.com/bisq-network/compensation/issues/455), but were rejected.

For the PR https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/pull/3366 you reduced the amount from `1000 BSQ` to `500 BSQ`.

For the PR https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/pull/3513 you reduced the amount from `1500 BSQ` to `1300 BSQ`.

Compared to other compensation requests the requested compensation is still too high IMO. 

The two PRs above were submitted before our new budget was introduced the one below afterwards.

The compensation for this fix based on my suggestion in the issue also feels a little bit high. Besides that as it doesn't fall into our current priorities it would be up for delayed compensation when we get rid of the fixed budget again.
