### Description

Drop down menu does not update when opening BISQ with previously created trades

#### Version

v1.2.5

### Steps to reproduce

Close a session of BISQ with open bids and offers (automatically removing the bids/offers from the market,) and subsequently reopen BISQ and allow automatic reposting of the bids and offers to the market.  Check the Markets tab drop-down menu and you will see it does not update to reflect the new bid/offer count until you click away from the Markets tab to another tab (e.g. click into Buy BTC or Sell BTC and return to the Markets tab); this reloads an accurate drop-down menu.

### Expected behaviour

If one closes a session of BISQ with open bids and offers and subsequently reopens BISQ and BISQ automatically reposts the bids and offers, the Markets tab drop-down menu should reflect the updated total of bid/offers inclusive of one’s own reposted bid/offers without having to click away as mentioned in ### Steps to reproduce

### Actual behaviour

If one closes a session of BISQ with open bids and offers and subsequently reopens BISQ and BISQ automatically reposts the bids and offers, the Markets tab drop-down menu does not include the reposted bids/offers in the total count.

Found JPY at the bottom of the list with an incorrect amount of offers

After clicking away and coming back to the markets tab, the JPY offers are updated correctly
