### Description

The user first posted on the bisq.community forum on Jan 26th. I responded on Jan 29th to verify if the problem still happened but only started working with them on Feb 6th.

The user is having problems withdrawing their funds from the Bisq wallet. A process that they say they are familiar with and have done successfully in the past. However this time they got an error saying:
>Getting error: You don’t have sufficient funds from the selected address. Consider to select multiple address in the table or change the fee toggle to include the miner fee.

>Error message: The fee for that transaction exceeds the available funds or the resulting output value is below the minimum dust value. Missing (the same amount I’m withdrawing from the wallet)

I suggested them to use the wallet emergency tool for BTC and withdraw that way. They tried it and pressed "Send all funds" but nothing happened so the pressed "Cancel" but by then the transaction had already happened. They could see it under FUNDS > TRANSACTIONS.

On Feb 8th, they reached out to me once again to inform that the transaction had yet to be confirmed on the software and when looking for it on a block explorer it could not be found. I suggested a SPV resync and they did it. Afterwards they said that now the transaction was no longer visible under FUNDS > TRANSACTIONS and that they had significantly less funds.

I suggested to them to import the Bisq seed phrase to Electrum, given that they told me that they know how to use it and that they run their own node.

**This is where we are now**
