You are correct, the stuff has not been delivered as of today. The scraper script, for example would have been delivered in time for the voting cycle (in fact, I already have it, just wanted to do some free-for-bisq optimizations to it). I planned on posting the script directly in the issue. We can of course discuss other ways to publish the script (and all its future iterations).

for the testing of the v3 compatibility, it is hard to deliver something. And Bisq cannot afford extensive testing documentation. So I will provide the final testing outcome for free. But please do not expect that I write up extensive testing documentation.
