### Description

The user first posted on the Keybase support channel on Feb 13th at 21h39. I responded immediately.

The trader (offer taker) got their trade sent to FAILED TRADES automatically after getting the following error message:
``
Reject: tx X for reason 'min relay fee not met' (66) TAKER_FEE_PUBLISHED
``
But surprisingly transaction X was successfully broadcast and confirmed on the blockchain.

So at this stage the funds are successfully in escrow but the offer taker can't interact with it because their trade is in FAILED TRADES.

The only other instance of an error like this that I could recall and find is of [this comment](https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/issues/3306#issuecomment-536857293) by @wiz.
