### Description

The user first posted on the bisq.community forum on Feb 13th at 20h23. I responded 3 hours later.

The trader had only been provided with a UK sort code and an Account number because that's all Bisq requires for Faster Payments but their Bank required more in order to make the transfer. Namely the other trader's name.

A quick search lead me to [this article](http://www.fasterpayments.org.uk/press-release/new-name-check-safeguard-payments-revealed-october-2018) that implies that Faster Payments didn't always require the traders name. So Bisq probably needs to be updated in that regard.

I suggested to the trader to open Mediation and talk to the other party

#### Additional info

Neither of the traders is at fault here but the BTC seller may feel like they're entitled to the other party's security deposit for the inconvenience and within their rights to refuse to reveal their full name because that wasn't the contract they entered into.
