The fee is well above 1 sat/vB so it's really strange that it got a reject. The only way I can think of would be by running towards a public bitcoin node with some ridiculous relay settings, getting rejected by one and then some other node would happily relay the quite reasonable tx.

I think that's a possible issue using public nodes that I hadn't thought about before.

@wiz What did you do with those trades in failed state that I tried to build a revert tool for that wasn't safe? Best I can think of here is to manually publish the delays payout tx after timout, but would be nice if it could be solved sooner. Perhaps if the counterparty contacts the mediator for this trade and a manual payout can be done.
