[bisq-network/bisq] Bisq using up too much memory on Linux even after closing (#3918)

I will add more info here soon, but I want to say "-Dprism.vsync=false" (disable hardware acceleration) might be an effective way to reduce RAM usage until memory leak bugs in jfx11 graphic library are fixed.  Can another dev seeing memory leaks on linux try this too?
