- Update Tor so that new Bisq app installations use the v3 hidden services.
- Thoroughly test if there are any issues before we release that. 
- Evaluate performance - see if it makes a difference.

If it makes a difference, create a fresh project on making "updating" a thing.

# Criteria for delivery
- [ ] get HSv3 into master
- [ ] publish performance eval here and [there](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/101)

# Tasks
- [ ] update tor when it has HSv3 as default
- [ ] thoroughly test if anything works as expected
- [ ] evaluate performance and see if HSv3 makes a difference for our use case
- [ ] release the feature

# Estimates
- USD 400,00 to update tor
- USD 1200,00 for testing
- USD 400,00 to create performance reports
