[bisq-network/dao] Cleaning up the Bisq Events calendar (#7)

For all those who subscribe to the Bisq Events calendar at https://bisq.network/calendar, please note that I've just removed the DAO phase cycle events as well as the daily #standup event.

I removed the DAO phase cycle events because they were perpetually out of sync given that the phases are measured in block time, and because going forward, @bisq-network/compensation-maintainers can add a specific event to the calendar regarding each cycle's compensation request issue submission deadline (I've just requested that this be done in bisq-network/admin#56).

I removed the daily #standup event because this was originally intended to be a group video call, but in reality we've landed on the much more scalable process of having contributors post a text update in the Keybase `#standup` channel each day they are active. So there's no need for a calendar event at a specific time.

All in all, now is a good time to subscribe to the calendar if you haven't done so already. I've just added an article to the wiki at https://bisq.wiki/Events_Calendar with links where to subscribe, etc.
