[bisq-network/proposals] Use multiple Bitcoin market data providers to create a weighted price index for Bisq pricenodes (#163)

Any work in that area requires los of care to not lead to the situation that take-offer attempts fail because of diverging price data. Any risk to cause more UX issues as we have should be avoided or postponed until we have more dev resources again.
