[bisq-network/bisq-docs] Add PGP warning (#189)

This is certainly important, but since it's a practical how-to item, I think it's best left to the upcoming knowledge base, which should start taking shape in the next 1-2 weeks.

I'm going to close this PR, but note that your work wasn't wasted -- we can make it one of the first items we add to the knowledge base once it's up.
