Having watched the orderbook during this time, I believe there is either frontrunning or collusion with these sales and I would suggest something similar to https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/148 to help address it.

It is extremely convenient that a single order for the exact amount appears immediately prior to the sale when the rest of the orderbook has stayed stagnant for days...
