[bisq-network/compensation] For Cycle 9 (#465)

Could you make next time a reimbursement request for the BSQ for reimbursement and a compensation request for covering your volatility and liquidity risk exposure?
I think we have to make more transparent that the reimbursed BSQ are not expenses as the BTC from those trades are getting back to BSQ buy the burningman.
