## 2019.12 report

Growth remains bad, to the point BSQ is suffering an economic spiral. We are [finalizing growth strategies](https://github.com/bisq-network/growth/issues/179) right now and are implementing ASAP.

Short-term plans involve putting on liquidity events for key markets. Mid-term plans involve better understanding Bisq usage dynamics to make growth efforts more reliable and repeatable. Longer-term efforts involve implementing a full growth funnel including a smarter content strategy, social, site optimization, and in-program elements to drive volume in a more holistic process-oriented way.
