[bisq-network/bisq] Dragonglass (DRGL) rebrand to Fango (XFG) (#3878)

Also I feel it is my duty that I should mention to any bisq users that- while in the interim - technically DRGL _could_ trade as is currently listed on bisq - it should not and will not be able to be traded with any certainty of receiving valid coins until address validation matches the operationally active running fork of Fango XFG.  (traders could receive invalid coins)

So as to cautiously recap- 
...while it _is_ the same project & blockchain that is currently listed in the bisq active currency list- 
it is **not** recommended to resume trading **until** address validation can be merged. : )
