[bisq-network/bisq-explorer] Redirect users to a random BSQ explorer using HTML/JS (#25)

Since we're using JS to redirect users, that wouldn't be useful for API requests. I doubt there are many people querying the BSQ explorer API service, but if they are they probably figured it out by now.
