[bisq-network/bisq] Dragonglass (DRGL) rebrand to Fango (XFG) (#3878)

I just realized by doing it the current way, I think it would be losing the coin's trading history.

Does anyone know if its even possible to change the name of the Dragonglass asset while keeping its trade stats?
I'd be willing to offer a bounty of 10,000 XFG to anyone that knows a way to change asset name and keep trade history.
Is my assumption correct @ripcurlx @sqrrm @wiz @devinbileck @chimp1984 in going by the way the commit is currently structured?
