[bisq-network/bisq] BitcoinAverage Price feed for DAI broken. (#3901)

@ripcurlx suggested it might be because of name change from DAI to SAI. 

however instead of renaming it to SAI, we can keep the name as DAI. since SAI is going to be deprecated soon as per their notice.
