[bisq-network/proposals] Trust Minimized Bisq Daemon (#174)

In the convenience section, I would like to add one more,
Currently bisq says "I need to keep bisq open to 'keep alive' offers".
If possible can we send required 'keep alive' information from mobile app
(which is always on) it may be helpful for common users in trade pickup.
