[bisq-network/bisq] Bisq using way too much RAM on windows (#3307)

Bisq take 1.5GB in my RAM right at start and i didn't even made a transaction yet. :man_shrugging:
I'm on Ubuntu 20.04m installed from Bisq-64bit-1.3.5.deb
