### Description
The [test scenario: An altcoin account can be configured for instant trade](https://bisq.ontestpad.com/script/212#71/2) is failing as per the precise test script items 0030 - 0031. However, the correct information is shown after the altcoin instant trade account is saved.
#### Version
release/1.3.6 commit 125c39407691f5a51e90c9e4716f291827cbc51d
### Steps to reproduce
Create an XMR altcoin account from Account -> ALTCOIN ACCOUNTS -> ADD NEW ACCOUNT.
Choose MONERO (XMR) and click the "Trade instant (within 1 hour) ..." checkbox.

According to the test scenario, the Limitations text area value should show "Max. trade duration: 1 hour...", but it has not been changed from it's original value "Max. trade duration: 1 day...".

After saving the account, and selecting it, the text area value is correct "Max. trade duration: 1 hour..."
