[bisq-network/bisq] Upgrade JavaFX to v14 (#4242)

The first script to start with is the [create_app.sh](https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/blob/master/desktop/package/macosx/create_app.sh)
This is the part using the _javapackager_ right now that needs to be replaces with the _jpackager_.

We do some customization using:
