When user updates Bisq at Windows, it always creates a Bisq icon in desktop.

Create a fresh install or update

### Expected behaviour

A checkbox to disable desktop icon.

### Actual behaviour

No icon is displayed, icon appears on the desktop and user have to manually send it to bin.

Windows.
