[bisq-network/bisq] Fix nullpointer exception in transactions csv report (#4358)

I almost created a duplicate issue for this.  Glad I checked and glad to see the fix will be in the next release. 

If anyone's interested in the NPE I'm seeing in v1.3.6 (Linux & OSX), here is a stack trace from Monday, 27-July-2020:
