[bisq-network/projects] Improve Support (#18)

Per the Q2 2020 Update call at bisq-network/admin#81, I'm closing this goal as largely accomplished. It doesn't mean support doesn't remain of high importance, just that it's in a place of relative workabillity right now and further improvement doesn't need to be a project-wide top-line goal.
