@RefundAgent I think these can both be suspected as "option" trades:

> 8 buyer unresponsive or quit
> 5 buyer claims problems and does not pay

So if you consider 13 out of 28 cases could have been avoided by letting users cancel, that might lower Arbitration cases by 50% right there.
