[bisq-network/bisq-website] Fix and optimize meta tags for SEO (#347)

This PR adds `<meta property="og:locale"`>, `<meta property="og:video">`, `<meta property="twitter:player">` to improve Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Optimization and makes the code more understandable.
