[bisq-network/roles] Community Manager (#95)

**Please only post in this thread if you're assigned to this role.** I've minimized the other comments that were recently posted here to keep this thread clear and relevant.

Community managers, as described in the role's documentation (linked [here](https://github.com/bisq-network/roles/issues/95#issue-576022624)), have a specific mandate that is different from posting in forums and maintaining social channels.
