[bisq-network/bisq-website] Create friendly, interactive, simple getting-started page (#356)

The existing getting-started guide is a long, static wall of text that only addresses 1 use case.

That page gets THOUSANDS of impressions a month, but I unscientifically guess that most of those impressions are wasted due to the nature of the medium and peoples' short attention spans.

I would like to replace links to this document with a more interactive and graphical getting-started page on the website that uses tweetstorms, videos, and graphics to convey the **bare essentials** that new users need to know in order to get going with Bisq—no matter what they want to use it for.

These new materials are in the process of being created. There's a [Bisq Distilled playlist on ](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLFH5SztL5cYOBvV3_TZJlFi14_65AbMwi)YouTube where you can see the first few videos, and there are some tweetstorms and graphics on Twitter that would probably be a good fit to include on this page too.

The page would be structured as a sequence of things to do, and there would be buttons for them to tailor the guide to their use case (e.g., download and verify on {Windows, macOS, Linux}...or set up payment method for {fiat, altcoin})...and encourage specific use cases {USD, EUR, L-BTC, Monero}.

I've assembled a very rough mockup of this page below. Please note that it will probably include some nicer copy and graphical/design elements...this is just to give a preliminary idea of what I have in mind.

Here's how I would like to use such a resource:
* redirect "get started" button on front page to it
  * integrate this call to action into a [revised front page layout](https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq-website/issues/355)
* redirect all major calls to action to it (e.g., link in twitter header)
* experiment with using it as a basis for workshops meetups around the world can use to onboard people to bisq
